Plans for the coming week

Life has been pretty hectic recently, with lots of late work nights and evening plans. But thankfully it’s calming down a bit now and this week is looking good. It’ll be nice to have some time to plan and cook nice meals (keep meaning to make mac and cheese) and tidy the house etc.

Mon – sw in the evening, me and my friend will go for food (jacket pot and beans) in a local pub rather than stay to group. Before sw I will go to the supermarket and get lots of veg and fruit etc. for the coming week. Need to plan this a bit so I get the right stuff. Need to plan lunches more.

Tue – no plans, which is nice. Maybe make mac and cheese?

Wed – saxophone lesson, and then maybe go swimming.

Thur – no plans, but my partner probably won’t be around for tea. Maybe eat something he’s not interested in – stir fry with tofu and rice noodles?

Fri – no plans, no thoughts!

Sat – I have a beads and wire class from 10-3, so I’ll need to take lunch with me. Again, planning needed.

  • Cous cous salad with veg / stuffed pepper using flavoured cous cous
  • Pasta salad with light salad dressing
  • M+S salad
  • Covered market salad box (heB oil)
  • Quinoa with veg and soy sauce
  • Marinated and baked tofu, brocolli with soy sauce and sesame
  • Jacket pot with beans
  • Linda mc sausages and beans
  • Lentil dahl / curry
  • Mac and cheese
  • Pasta and pesto and cherry tomatoes
  • New potato salad
  • Stir fry with cashews (heB) or tofu
  • Veggies with tomatoes and fajita spice
